This is for $33,000,000! Thirty three million dollars. Over TWO PERCENT of the company.
Ridiculously out of proportion, particularly as the whole deal was just the left hand selling to the right hand, particularly when the ACTUAL INVENTOR is getting a quarter of that much.
This will absolutely smash the share price, as a HUGE proportion of these will be sold on market to "meet tax obligations", whether that's now or in 12 "voluntary" months.
You need to all get together and vote no.
