This is not payment for work done - he's on a very, very high wage. He already has a lot of skin in the game - gifted shares and options like confetti. Enough - take the boards snouts out of the trough. If they believe so strongly in what they are singing, let them buy shares on market like the rest of us. All the fan boys applauding board members exercising options given to them for nothing, paying 4c for a 35c share - such courageous behaviour from the directors! When directors start actually paying for shares is when you applaud them.
