    Do I read this right… the company has employees that didn’t meet their performance hurdles to receive incentive rights so they lapse but then gift additional rights to retain employees with no hurdles attached?? Would love to know who is getting them. Maybe the leader could reduce his pay to allow for a better salary for other employees that we are so desperate to retain.
