It drives me nuts cause in this case it shows they have zero commercial understanding. Sure when it's Rupert Murdoch trying to control a media empire without actually paying for it I understand but in this case the major shareholder is at massive financial risk and ensuring viability for all shareholders - and every shareholder gets to participate if they want to. Where were you AS!C when RRS shareholders were being fleeced for a decade and all other OKAP related parties as well?
