Yes a project like that needs to get up - although that has only just been proposed by a new group called Legacie - still a long way to go to get approvals in place, let alone build it and then pipe to the precincts. Probs a good 7-10 years away. As I said, 10gL will only cater to a fraction of the demand so other projects will need to get up for the industrial precincts to be viable.
The good news for VYS shareholders is while (up to)10gL will only a small part of the water solution, it will be transformational in terms of earnings and profile for the company.
Hopefully more projects and water sources to follow as well.
