Richlink Capital Pty Ltd already held 2.5 Million shares in S66. They merely converted all the unlisted options (@.455c) they had that were due to expire on the 14th of August 2018. They now hold 6.5 Million shares or 8% of the issued capital in S66.
Top 20 now holds 89% of shares and Top 4 holds a staggering 84%, with many of those shares held in escrow for 2 years.
This really is lining up a massive run. So little stock available on the free float.
The Company had $7 Million in cash from the IPO in may, plus the $1.8 Million received today from options conversion and another likely $2 Million in profit, gives the Company a very healthy cash balance of around $10.8 Million. I can see some very good deals flowing through in the coming weeks/months. If this Ausway deals goes through as expected then the Company will have access to an established sales channel into both China and Europe.
