Hey Wilfran,

I would suggest that it may be an active large investor who sees the value in the company and is happy to help it along via some extra shares at a bit of a premium. Short term this could be perceived as altruistic, but long term there is also self interest there in helping the company overcome the "valley of death" as we transition into production.

Well ...we are obviously in production as we can all see from Bit Rods video (thanks again) ...but perhaps still ironing out some wrinkles.
