Previous acquisition timeline estimated that shareholder meeting would be 27th January. This new February date could mean relisting delayed until March?
"with the record date to coincide with the shareholder meeting to approve the Xped transaction, anticipated to be mid to late February 2016"
So does that mean;
the shareholder meeting is mid-late Feb, or
the Xped transaction is mid-late Feb?
