The announcement is merely an intention to provide bonus options to existing shareholders at the record date. It is clear that perhaps from the roadshow that insto investors are concerned with a) complete market capitalization not supported by FPO shareholders and b) would like to assess the complete picture of dilution by vesting existing options.
