From memory they were looking at formally contracting for Cervantes in Jan, and also commencing Vali pipeline work. I'm really hopeful of a pre-paid GSA or a pipeline deal that removes upfront cost. We shall soon see...regardless, you'd think there'd be a change in substantial holder notice in the wings.
