I honestly can't see a long term deal over $10....maybe a short term initial deal might get close? Prior to the reserves report, MST Access and Taylor Collison both had valuation in the range of $35-40m for VEN's share...so $17.5-20m for MEL share. However, this was a 2C resource of 37.7 BCF gross and we've ended up with 30.3 in gross reserves. That's a great conversion, which to me would see a higher valuation. $40-45m gross would be reasonable imho....so 20+m net to MEL.
