Here is the clarification on this placement - issue price is calculated to represent an issue amount in relation to the companies ability to issue shares under the 10% placement rule without shareholder approval. This will not be the final issue price as this will be calculated when the convertible notes are converted being a date 6 months from issue not before Nov 25 at which time the calculation will be made to determine the price.
