    What a joke of a company and Management ??
    One Trading halt with FANFARE and then a Voluntary suspension and
    no Material information on the progress of the Oil Field.
    This is simple a way to destroy shareholder value and shifting the power
    back to the Management and its business friends.
    Why would someone give $250k but the market is none the wiser........
    These are games they play and I for one am disappointed.
