Just casually issuing another 1.2Bn shares (pre-consolidation given discount to 2c instead of 2.5c) and giving free options that strike at the post-consolidation price if you were to assuming 0.1c is the 'trading' price.

It ain't going anywhere quickly and 181k in the bank (prior to CR) the CR is likely going to need another in a month or two again.

They also talk about revenue increasing yet failed to mention how much revenue was accounted for in Q1 22 unlike last year where it was up 1.2M USD vs 668k USD for 2020.



However if we were to look at the cash receipts they are signifcantly down in comparison of 21 vs 22 being 3.2M to now not even 900k.
