    Oil price volatility could have a bit to do with it.

    WTI price flipped up to US$78/bl and today down to US$66 being driven by events in the Middle East undoubtedly. Can't think that peace and stability is going to break out all over right now to justify low price forever.

    However, there is a good-sized local market in NW of WA for BRU to exploit as a near monopolist.
