    Gotta love the timing on this one. Although the decision was (allegedly) made 11 days ago on 09 Aug, they choose the evening before coming out of a trading halt with new reserve data to announce it.

    Imagine if I was an employee, I'd prefer healthy term Options requiring no KPIs over shares that require them via the LTIP too.

    Am guessing that if the board were in our little speculation game they would be guessing over 20 cents...

    Imagine that noise in the background is RC fuming right about now.
