Friday ANNs tend to bring in bad news or news the company does not want to see discussed too much. Clearly the case here.
At current share prices the grant is already too generous, not to mention where the SP will be in 12 months.
Mark is a fantastic guy and leader, but I cannot support what can only be seen as greedy opportunism before the SP goes sky high.
Vote against.
