Today's rise wasn't prompted by this reminder of old news (not an ANN). We had well over 100 trades before news, compared with recent days of <20.
This month is the one we've been waiting for - legalisation and a buttload of media around it - and there'll be no warning when people start to move in numbers so short at your peril.
I'll be glad to be holding my options in 2019.
