Worth noting that the 'loan' is just that - a loan (which is to be repaid). NEU aren't just gifting him $1.64m (which I've seen other companies do...), the share price needs to be above 8.2c for Clive to make any money.
Clive is therefore well and truly incentivised to contribute to SP appreciation.
eg. If NEU's sitting at 24.6c in 3 years from now, Clive's made a sneaky $3.3m in 3 years (subject to other performance criteria which we are not privy to being met of course).
