They’ve cried wolf too many times now so if what you are suggesting actually does happen many will just sell off and move on.
I believe there will be a major selloff if the next announcement is anything but commencement of drilling too.
The market in the spec end is very agile and can move very quickly in either direction. Quickly as in before anyone even blinks, not talking days or even hours. These things change during pre open / within minutes.
All in their hands and let’s hope there are no abrupt changes to the plan like they did with the Bulgarian deal after much waiting
