Good point. If all are converted over the 5 years, it will bring about 2 million in. Not a huge amount, but maybe enough to delay a CR until a higher share price is reached. It is generous, but it's a drop in the ocean compared to the greed I've seen from other small cap directors. Also, at least lowly employees are getting a place at the trough.
