McComb has been pretty greedy here, hasn't spent a penny on any of his holding as best I can recall yet doesn't want to buy a few on market.
imo the Directors options won't even be considered to be converted until the share price is $1...these guys just don't seem convinced yet that this is a company they want funds to be trapped in, i.e once they buy they are less likely to sell so it's an opportunity cost to have cash tied up.
