    My thoughts/beliefs are in the adjacent thread of “why no one is buying this”.

    Quite frankly it’s hard not to argue that the Directors have failed in their duty to work in the best interest of all shareholders.

    hopefully a day of reckoning is coming as neither management, directors or their related parties can vote on upcoming resolutions.
