I dont agree. If employees want in, share purchase plan should come out of employees monthly salary at say 10% discount to the average monthly/quarterly share price. Makes them work hard and believe in the long play. For example when the SP hits $5, they should be purchasing at $4.50.Not this rubbish, its too easy. IMO
