Those equity incentive plans are good , not excessive at a forward date and at a substantially higher price than where they are currently trading at. It was given for a song or free like some other companies (including yours!) and it shows management confidence in the value of BIQ shares otherwise why set them at up to 2-2.5x current sp.

BIQ had growing pains problems and getting to a stage where it is gradually addressing its negative cashflow position. But at least we know management spend every dollars growing the business, not paying themselves handsomely with large share based payments (like yours again!).
