I hate to be a turncoat everyone, but the strike price is simply too low.
If this was intended to incentivise the management, then the strike ought to be set beyond what analysts are saying the company will achieve with their hands tied behind their backs in the next twelve months. These options will be in-the-money in no time, and to that extent the nominal benefit derived is probably not proportionate to the dillutive impact.
I agree that the bar ought to have been set higher.
