Given that the Directors all have substantial shareholdings I can't see why they need another Option package to increase their motivation, but at $2.00 with performance hurdles, I can certainly appreciate the effect of their efforts on my investment.
At best, it will fire the company to new highs. At worst it is another small Capital Raising at $2.00 per share.
In my opinion, BOW will be taken out this year once the reserve certification proves conclusively the value in their ground.
Offer should be around $5.00
