For a WA mine to even consider going to production - you need to be looking at 10 year plus Life of mine with north of 1m oz at a reasonable grade. AIMO
Do not misunderstand me I do think we have every chance of getting there but even if that happens "quickly " that would be a 3-5 year journey.
I plan on following the journey but IT is imperative to understand that journey.
In very very broad terms the steps are something like
1/Get land
2/Drill Land
3/Good Result??
4/Credit Raise.
Repeat steps 2-4 alot!!!
5/ Get enough understanding of the land to make JORC compliant Maiden Reserve
6/ Take over? Mine?
7/ Get Funding for Mine
8/ Construct Mine
9/Production
