unless significant value is realised in the meantime, these options will keep the sp below.
if further funding is required in the next 12 months and the sp isn’t multiples at the time this wall of supply and resultant dilution will force a raise considerably lower to allow the next round of new entrants some upside.
oddly, apparently this is what the majority of shareholders wanted.
