Dunno whether I agree with this Gerrado, apart from dilution, none of the options will make one iota of difference to the value of heads, simply put if the heads SP isn't worth more than the oppies exercise price come exercise date no-one will convert unless the date is extended if it isn't then the dilution simply won't exist any longer. Also FWIW, if ADO's tech is as good as CB's and others research has showed and EV1, and others sign up then the sky is the limit, 202? the year of ADO; LOL.
