From ASX release 22/01/15:

"Number of New Shares applied for: 30,666,910
Shortfall that may be placed by the Company: 31,367,213"

From today's release:

"The share registry has allotted and issued 31,416,910 ordinary shares and 31,416,910 options"
"The remaining shortfall is 30,614,419"

Looks like they allocated some of the shortfall already & puts them over 50% for those who thought that that was an issue.
