never mind the options it's the performance rights that are the real joke. undeserved at this point in No matter what they do, they get a bonus, where there is poor sp performance relative to peers in the business they still receive bonus on sliding scale. This is pretty normal practice for executive performance base pay for most listed larger companies and for my mind really lacks vision. it encourages pumping and spin to move an sp more than create fundamental value which generally takes long term vision, strategy and skilful execution. That is the kind of behaviour I'd be happy to reward however we live in a BNPL world where executives read that as Pay me now, I'll maybe do something later. its a poor culture and practice
