NMS board after CL realized NMS was now a lost cause and basically have been in caretaker mode in my opinion. Don't be surprised either if the old chairman is lurking in the background as well. I must admit though I don't think CL ever intended NMS to nearly fail, I think its a matter they just made some wrong decisions which they never recovered from. The old Chairman was an idiot really and I know he made some very bad calls while CL was away for a period of time, so my inside sources have told me.
