I agree... ensuring the plant is working as optimally as possible is very important... hence "work it, but don't break it" is the creed.
So, will everything go to plan... No, never does - otherwise national truck strikes would be unheard of !
Hence there may very well have been hiccups since the 27/07 video - but IMO I've used a conservative base line which was the starting point upon which RC wanted to build on during August, and there is room there to allow for such hiccups.
It was obvious in the video that they had been methodically working through the plant's issues leading up to late July, and in RC's view, August was the turning point, with comments like "inherited a mess, but now making large strides forward and looking forward to August” and "we're operational now and things are coming together".
