Imo, hardly convincing other than possibly CN games to provide a little liquidity - which is crucial to the CN and company going forward

IMO, a takeover offer would have to take on all the balance sheet commitments etc, the CN. the performance shares , The Anglo joint Venture (proposed ) and CRH debt for 3 years with security - imo highly unlikely anyone would launch a bid at any price- let alone 3c at this point in time
