    This is ridiculous, if anything management have underperformed this year - missing essentially every timebound marker they've set?? Why should we be rewarding sub-par performance? As far as I can see, their remuneration should cover what's been achieved to date - though am happy to reward going above and beyond, or securing some amazing deals
