I reckon point 3 (among others) is a kicker

Vest on production of a total of 40 tonnes of Rare Earth Carbonate before 30th June 2022
50% of these rights will vest if condition is not met but is met between 1st July 2022 and 30 June 2023

NTU's plant was supposed to be churning out a nameplate of 1,100 tonnes or more annually, this is what they were informing the market back in the time when they had an agreement with JFMAG for the annual 1,100t nameplate.
They also said that production above the 1,100 tonne is not spoken for and available for a separate agreement.

Now they were talking at the time of being able to do 1,100 tonnes in 10 months of the year, a couple months off due to wet season.
So 1,100 (minimum) tonnes over 10 months (~305 days) or 3.6 tonnes Daily
So for 40 tonnes to meet performance rights (by 30 June 2022) it should have only taken at the max 11 days

What Targets are they really setting here.
Or is the hydrometallurgical process in the plant really that stuffed.

One would say good luck, but it sure looks like that ran out for you way before they even started this Tanami Desert (Uranium) Dream
