This is the main reason why I don't vote for majority incentive plan. Management wasted no time in allocating incentive shares... !
In this case the good thing is that vesting price is 11c which much higher then current share price but I have seen companies allocating incentive shares in million at 50% discount to current trading price .... at-least OSL hasn't played that trick which is good.. !
