If it’s $5, he will be set for life, and so will I, as a reasonably large shareholder. So it really comes down to his drive, ambition and capability as to where this lands, in concert of course with the Board.

Performance shares makes a lot of sense, but it always comes down to drive, ambition and capabilities. We will see.
