Really interesting thoughts here: well presented and thought through - I enjoyed the read. Another bolt on to those thoughts would be the percentage of salaries/on- costs paid to Executives......with a diminishing revenue line and no short term optimism and no declared profit line from AHF (unfortunately Peter Skene wasn't able to answer the question at the AGM as the when the AHF business will make a profit) then the ability of the business to fund existing salaries and on-costs could also be an issue - based on last year's annual report for salaries and the current 4C revenue forecast, the top layer of salaries could be above 5% of revenue......and with total costs running around 35% plus of revenue, then profit is some way off....another sleeping issue for the Board to address.
