    Not tied to share price performance. The vesting requirements have already been established. Sickening really.

    I chuckled when SW said in the webinar ‘we love all our shareholders at Lucapa, just some are more infuriating than others’.

    I suspect SW doesn’t much like accountability and the indefensibly bad long term share price performance. ‘We just like shareholders that are happy and cough up large sums of money as and when required.’ IMO only of course.
