Seriously what in the actual fark? The overpaid executives need more incentives in the event the company gets taken over??? Cry me a river. That’s the corporate world.
Let’s not align these “performance’ incentives to any actual performance or something that benefits holders like meaningful operational cashflow, peer beating ROIC or just simply share price appreciation. Let’s just make it time based. Is it April fools day?
