Why are you shouting at the thread? Every target every explorer unearths is compelling, exceptional (insert similes here) but delivers nothing until the drill bit delivers more than pretty images to the shareholders. Well done MH for working up new projects and targets along strike of Antler to generate interest and upside for shareholders, he hasn't just sat on his arse these last 3 years of FS's... but most have been unconvincing, doubtful (insert antonym here).

They brought in great talent by the looks to help get Antler approvals and mine plan over the line, but holders are right to question the soft fat terms imo. This new guy Lindhal if all permits are granted and 'exploration decline' begins will pick up 6M shares worth $400k over 2 years, or an average $500k renumeration each year, assuming he's on $300k fixed package..

What about the transition of Woolrych to CEO... he has no share price hurdles, just get the basics required for Antler to move forward over the next 2 years, which one assumes is very high probability after so long already. $374k fixed salary package and 25M rights on basically same terms as above, worth $1.6M @ 6.5c... which averages >$1M per year over 2.5 years if the share price gets up to 6.5c over the journey (at which point most shareholders are only greakinig even). That seems excessive for the last 2.5 years to an already long finish line when they know they are turning into the home straight with all the boxes lined up
