    Bit confusing to have the first vesting dates on the day of the announcement.

    My interpretation is Paul and Charles have missed the opportunity to 25% of their performance rights by missing the 100% binding offtake & BFS date. Otherwise the company would of applied for official quotation of the Shares issued upon the exercise of any vested Performance Rights. Maybe Bene, Ralli or Butz could help our understanding.
