    The target was 15 mil (12 mil placement + 3 mil PO Underwritten)

    There was $246,651 (OS)

    Total: $15,246,651 - $3 breaks PO = $12,246,651


    Tranche 1 $7,815,107

    Tranche 2 $4,431,544 - $2,674,393 (withdrew) = $1,757,151 (funds left in)

    Directors in for $300,000
