View attachment 1564936As you can see Meir is already put in the options so although they are applying for the directors options it is all calculated already.
SAS had raised $15.240.000 before all this catastrophe had happened.
Now you can see the total options they have with trance 1 and 2 is
329,075,133 now x that by 0.03 and that gives you $9,872,253 that’s all they have for
Trance 1 and 2
- at least $7.8 for trance 1 that is nearly already gone that leaves SAS around 2 million left that’s is it they are short,
-$5.3 million
I was expecting 3 to 4 mill shortfall which I know they may have gone to a bank / private investor,
Now I think it will be a CR for 10 million
Because that’s what they really need to pay the bills $8.3 mill globasat
And operational cost at least 2.4 mill till end of the year.
That’s 10.7 needed I calculated do it now and don’t have to do another one October
