Ann: Issue of Retail Offer Shares and Change to Option Price, page-68

This came up on my scanner, so I looked into it.

From what I can see over the revenues are about 420K per quarter for the last 18 months and they seem fairly steady. But where is the plan to grow the business and target future profitability.

It is all well and good to say the board have tipped in their own money, but perhaps they couldn't get it from elsewhere. In any event if they can keep this thing afloat for another year they will get it back in salary. Not much risk for them.

I don't mean to be harsh but this listed at 20 cents and is now around 2 cents. It needs new direction, new focus, new inspiration and quickly.
