Sorry but how can directors buy now if they plan to start releasing a positive newsflow? But yeah, I know that it happens all the time so I suppose I've answered my own question. Australia must have the most gutless pack of financial regulators in the first world.

The other point is that two directors just gave up the opportunity to exercise tens of thousands of options for well under 50 cents but let that opportunity pass. I doubt if they'd now be forking out cash for 58 cents shares.
