ORD won't pump until all exercised options and those shares that bought by retailers during last month to be absorbed. Imo, ORD needs another 5M.

Ok, so you allege newsflow is being withheld from the market in line with the requirements of ORD. Only when the 'green light' is given by ORD will big news be released.
