Let me get this right:

1. Are you saying that Management were selling shares (between 20-7-2017 to 03-09-2018) to the amount of 350k, in order to drive the price down so holders couldn't exercise their options?
2. Are you saying ORD is Managament?
3. Are you saying ORD is accumulating shares to take advantage of an upcoming pump?
3. Are you saying Hartley's was acting as the broker for ORD (in order to control the SP)?
5. Are you saying there was a deal between Management selling and ORD buying?

So confused.....

You say "yes management dumped those shares by Hartleys" (which I take to mean they 'dumped those shares via Hartley').

Then you say "yes, they converted those shares because they wanna send signal to retailers to convert their options.".....but how do you convert shares? You convert options?

I'm even more confused.

Not having a go at you Farzan, and you seem to know your stuff (I think), though it doesn't come across as clear as you'd like.
